VML in New York is seeking an Associate Account Manager to support day-to-day activities and the delivery of integrated campaigns for a global consumer brand. You will be the client liaison, ensure client approvals, meet timelines and budgets, and coordinate with internal teams on status updates.

The role features a hybrid work model with four days in the office. The base salary range is $35,000 — $60,000 USD, with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 0–1 years of advertising agency experience or equivalent internship.
• Knowledge and interest in CPG marketing and 360 campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams and clients.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport and credibility with client based on trust and flawless execution.
• Collaborate with teams to develop marketing programs and keep clients updated.
• Review documents and prepare agendas, reports, and summaries; support program enhancements.
