Green Chimneys in Brewster, NY is seeking a Program Manager to lead the development and implementation of activities for our summer camps. You will oversee curriculum for each camper group and foster strong relationships with camp families.

• 3–5 years of administrative experience, plus supervisory experience.
• Experience in Outdoor Education and/or camp programs.
• Responding to Emergencies and CPR for the Professional Rescuer OR ability to obtain within 3 months.

Reporting to the Assistant Director, this position willbe responsible for the development and implementation of program activities forGreen Chimneys’ summer camps. The Program Manager will oversee all curriculumdevelopment for each group ofcampers, develop, and maintain relationshipswithcamp families,assist intrainingandsupervisingsummerstaff, andassist inthe day to dayoperations of the summer camps.

This is a temporary appointment. (May to September) Not benefiteligible.

Bachelor’s Degree required, but will considernon-degreedorcandidates working towards their degreewithequivalent experience. Must have a minimum of 3-5 years’ administrativeexperience; supervisory experience; and experience working in Outdoor Educationand/or camp programs. The Program Manager must have Responding to Emergenciesand CPR for the Professional Rescuer OR the ability to obtain certificationwithin the first 3 months of employment
