Duties/Responsibilities

• On-Field Coaching: organizing and running training sessions specific to skill level and age, creating a positive atmosphere around soccer within the group, providing information and encouragement of ways to improve (50%)
• Chaperone: walking kids to and from dorm to dining hall, fields, taking attendance, making sure entire group is in the appropriate place at the appropriate time (35%)
• Field manager: organizing on-field activities, substitutions, setup of events (15%)

Minimum Qualifications

• Multiple years of on-field coaching experience.
