Job summary

Alpha is seeking a Campus Director to drive exceptional outcomes for K-3 students. You will train Guides, coach students, and develop scalable coaching playbooks while maintaining a coaching-first culture.

Based on NYC or Miami campuses, this on-site, full-time role emphasizes data-driven leadership, workforce development, and mentoring teams to deliver measurable progress and lifelong skills. You will engage with performance metrics, lead workshops, and ensure adoption of Alpha's coaching model

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with elementary-aged children.
• Experience leading teams of five or more people.
• Proven ability to use data and measurable outcomes to improve performance.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides and students using performance data and observations.
• Lead workshops on life skills for K-3 students.
• Conduct one-on-one and small-group coaching sessions.
• Develop coaching playbooks to elevate team performance.
• Mentor Guides and model daily coaching and facilitation.
