Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Champ Camp Counselor to support Champions curriculum, engage children in outdoor activities, and collaborate with families and school partners. You’ll help create a safe, fun, and educational environment across our programs.

Responsibilities include supervising daily safety, connecting with parents, and fostering community relationships while delivering engaging experiences for children in a dynamic, supportive team setting.

Qualifications

• Previous camp counselor experience preferred.
• Meet state specific qualifications for the role.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to acquire.
• Strong love for nature and outdoor activities.
• Highly comfortable in or around water and familiar with water safety.
• Should have versatile recreational skills.
