Meta builds technologies that help people connect and grow communities. As a Camera Software Engineer at Meta, you will design and drive end-to-end camera pipelines across AR/VR devices, owning complex problems from perception to sensor calibration.

You will work with hardware, algorithms, and product teams to ship high-quality camera experiences at scale. Responsibilities include designing and developing camera pipelines, verifying camera systems and HW/FW tasks, and optimizing for performance

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/CE or related field.
• 7+ years software development experience (or PhD with 4+ years).
• 3+ years of camera software engineering experience; experience with C/C++.
• Experience leading large or complex projects and delivering milestones.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop end-to-end camera pipelines for AR/VR devices.
• Research, design, implement, and verify camera systems and HW/FW tasks (AI sensing, ISP, 3A, IQ algorithms).
• Develop platform-agnostic algorithms across variable hardware/product configurations.
• Optimize performance, latency, and power across the camera stack.
• Ensure quality, system performance, latency, and power metrics are met.
• Partner with sensors, algorithms, and IQ teams to ship reliable features.
