Job summary

Best Buy in Okemos, MI is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist in our cameras department to greet customers, demonstrate products and sell complete solutions. You’ll help customers choose gear that fits their needs and reach revenue and service targets.

You'll receive training to become an expert on cameras and related accessories, with opportunities to advance within a supportive team. The role involves in-store, phone and chat interactions to deliver a top-notch shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
• Experience in premium or complex technology solutions preferred.
• 1 year of experience with consumer electronics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers in-store, over the phone and via online chat.
• Achieves team and individual goals while providing an excellent customer shopping experience.
