Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist in the cameras department. You will greet customers, ask questions, and provide hands-on demonstrations to sell complete camera solutions.

You will work toward revenue and customer experience goals, maintain up-to-date knowledge through training, and help keep the cameras area merchandised and ready for customers. This full-time role offers benefits and opportunities to grow with the Best Buy team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team
• Prior experience serving in premium, luxury or complex technology solutions
• 1 year of experience working with consumer electronics

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in-store, over the phone, and via online chat
• Achieve team and individual goals while providing an excellent customer shopping experience
• Maintain a high level of knowledge through ongoing learning and certifications, coach other sales floor employees on new vendor technology and services
• Use available tools to stay current on promotional initiatives and help achieve profitable growth
• Generate future opportunities by discovering the deeper needs of our customers
• Maintain the cameras department’s merchandising and readiness to serve customers
