No prior experience required—on-the-job training is provided. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour with opportunities to advance to $17.00/hour after six months and performance-based incentives up to $7.00/hour.

Location
As a Camera Quality Inspection Technician, you’ll help evaluate incoming photographic gear — from digital cameras to vintage film models — ensuring everything meets our high quality standards before it reaches our customers. You'll receive thorough on-the-job training and be supported every step of the way as you develop valuable technical skills.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Clear Path for Growth: Advance to Junior Technician in as little as 6 months — with a pay increase to $17.00/hour upon qualification.
Productivity Incentives: Earn up to an additional $7.00/hour based on performance and efficiency.
Hands-On Learning: No prior technical or photography experience is required — just a passion for learning and working with your hands.
Career Development: Eligible for our Apprenticeship Program within the Technical Department, giving you access to structured training and real career advancement.
Skills Needed to be Successful:
Language Skills:
Must have a basic command of the English language, including the ability to read, write, and understand simple instructions.
