Flowserve is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team in Hastings, Nebraska. You will machine and inspect precision stainless steel components using advanced CNC equipment, ensuring adherence to drawings, tolerances, and quality standards.

Responsibilities include setting up machines, maintaining tools, triggering maintenance, and solving machining issues while contributing to a safe, efficient production environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and manufacturing documentation.
• Ability to operate CNC machining equipment safely and effectively.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments, including scales and calipers.
• Basic machine shop math and calculation skills.

• Follow engineering drawings, blueprints, and manufacturing documentation to produce components to specification.

• Set up and adjust machine settings to support efficient and accurate production.
• Machine a variety of materials, including stainless steel, while meeting production requirements.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and assist in resolving technical problems as they arise.
• Support team objectives and perform additional related duties as needed.

Your Role and Impact

• Familiarity with quality inspection processes and procedures.
