M.C. Dean is seeking a skilled CAM Specialist to join our production team, developing and optimizing manufacturing processes with CAM software and coordinating with design, production, and quality teams.

This role focuses on delivering efficient, high-quality production through robust CAM programs and post-processor configurations. Candidates should have extensive CAM software experience, CNC programming skills, and a strong understanding of tooling, fixtures, and machining parameters.

Qualifications

• Education and experience per listing: HS diploma or GED with extensive machining experience.
• 8+ years with HS diploma/GED or 6+ years with an Associate's or 2+ years with a Bachelor's.
• Proficiency in CAM software and CNC programming.
• Understanding of NC-code and CNC interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize CNC programs using CAM software and create post processors.
• Design tooling, fixtures, and machining parameters for production.
• Collaborate with design/engineering to ensure manufacturability.
• Provide machine setup support and troubleshoot issues.
