Job summary

WINONICS in California is seeking an experienced CAM Engineer to prepare and optimize customer PCB data for manufacturing, ensuring accuracy and IPC compliance. You will collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure every job is ready for production.

You will review customer data, generate drill/rout/LDI outputs, and support continuous improvement initiatives while adhering to ITAR requirements. The role offers on-site work in California with room for growth.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of PCB manufacturing experience (CAM or related field)
  • Proficiency with Genesis or equivalent CAM tools
  • Knowledge of rigid, flex, and rigid-flex PCB technologies
  • Familiarity with IPC standards (IPC-6012, IPC-6013, etc.)
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident)
