Job summary

I8IS - Infiniti Software Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Calypso Test Engineer / QA Specialist to own quality assurance across development, enhancement, and version upgrade workstreams spanning Money Market, FX, Fixed Income, Derivatives, and Collateral. Location: Atlanta, Charlotte, and NYC.

You will define test plans, execute functional and regression testing, and build automated scripts with CATT and UFT/QTP.

Qualifications

3+ years QA/testing on Calypso or similar capital markets platforms.
Hands-on CATT and/or UFT/QTP for Calypso test automation.
Calypso testing across two or more modules (Money Market, FX, Derivatives, etc.).
SQL skills for test data setup, validation, and defect investigation.
Experience with test/defect management tools (JIRA, Xray, ALM).
Strong analytical skills to design test coverage from specifications.

Responsibilities

Define test plans and test cases for Calypso releases, enhancements, and upgrades.
Execute functional and regression testing across Money Market, FX, Fixed Income, Derivatives, and Collateral workflows.
Build and maintain automated regression scripts using CATT and UFT/QTP.
Test interfaces and end-to-end flows to upstream/downstream systems.
Validate Calypso version upgrades and hotfixes through structured regression and sign-off.
Log, triage, and track defects to closure; support UAT cycles including test data setup.
Produce test summary reports and release-readiness metrics for stakeholders.
