Job summary

Vigna Solutions Inc. seeks an experienced Calypso Business Analyst to bridge Treasury, Trading, Operations, and Risk with Calypso engineering. You will translate business needs into clear functional requirements and drive them through to UAT sign-off across development, enhancement, and upgrades.

You will elicit requirements, author BRDs/FSDs, perform gap analysis, and guide stakeholders through design reviews and approvals in an Agile or hybrid setting. Hybrid work across Atlanta/Charlotte/NYC.

Qualifications

6 years of business analysis in capital markets, treasury or investment banking technology.
Strong Calypso knowledge across two or more modules (Money Market, FX, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Collateral).
Understanding Calypso lifecycle and static/market data setup.
Experience writing BRDs/FSDs and managing requirements through full SDLC in Agile or hybrid.
Working knowledge of SQL for data investigation and validation.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication with senior sponsors.

Responsibilities

Elicit, document, and prioritize requirements from Treasury, Trading, and Operations stakeholders.
Author BRDs and FSDs for new features, enhancements, and regulatory changes.
Perform gap analysis and recommend configuration vs. customization in Calypso.
Lead requirement walkthroughs, design reviews, and sign-off sessions with business and technology teams.
Define UAT scope and support users through UAT execution and defect triage.
Assess impact of Calypso upgrades and regulatory changes across Front/ Middle/ Back Office.
