Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a childcare, preschool, or educational setting.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to meet all state licensing requirements (background check, physical, drug screening etc.).
• CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain).

• Lead children with calm authority, warmth, and consistency.
