24 Hour Fitness in Houston is seeking a Call Center Sales Representative to reconnect with past members and renewals, guiding them toward membership, renewals, and special services. This is a performance-based role where your energy and results are reflected in your paycheck.

You will handle warm leads, overcome objections, and close sales while maintaining an organized pipeline in Salesforce. The position offers base pay plus commissions and opportunities for growth in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Own your call list: work warm outbound leads of past members and members approaching renewal
• Ask the questions that uncover what stalled a member's fitness routine and what will get them moving again
• Pitch memberships, renewals, and special services with confidence and genuine belief in the product
• Handle objections, ask for the sale, and close
• Take inbound calls with the same energy, turning service conversations into save and sale opportunities
• Keep your pipeline clean and current in Salesforce so no opportunity slips
• Hit and beat daily, weekly, and monthly sales and retention goals
• Share what's working with your team and push each other up the leaderboard

JOB SUMMARY

This is a sales job with a phone, a warm pipeline, and real earning potential. As a Call Center Sales Representative, you'll connect with past members and members coming up for renewal, restart conversations about their goals, and close memberships, renewals, and special services. These aren't cold calls to strangers -- these are people who already know us, and your job is to win them back. PERFORMANCE-BASED COMPENSATION

In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for commission and other variable compensation based on individual performance. Commission is currently paid on:

• Membership agreements


• Special services

Commission and additional incentive opportunities may also be offered on fitness service agreements and on retention and recovery results. Variable compensation is designed to reward member retention, membership recovery and renewal, and revenue growth. Note: We regularly review our variable compensation programs to support business growth and recognize employee contributions. Commission rates, eligible products, incentive opportunities, and program details may change periodically based based on business needs and company objectives.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Prior experience in the fitness or retail industry preferred.


• Knowledge of Membership System software preferred.


• Previous experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or outbound calling is preferred.


• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.

Physical Demands/ Environmental Conditions

• Able to work 8-hour shifts
