About the job Call Center Representatives

Responsibilities:

• input text and numerical data from files, spreadsheets, and internet forms into the relevant electronic data repositories and data stores
• Modify existing data entries when fresh details arrives
• Oversee and upkeep file repositories for source documents and resources
• Support other administrative tasks like duplicating, fax transmissions, and filing when required
• Associates avg. $19 - $25 an hour Dependent upon Hours worked

Requirements:

• High school diploma or comparable
• Entry-level computer proficiency; knowledge of MS Office and data entry software beneficial
• Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
• Some previous experience with data input, customer assistance, customer care, retail, telemarketing or appointment setting
