Job Summary

As a Care Advisor, Care Concierge, you will assist benefit recipients with navigating the platform, recommending services, and supporting order completion. You will use assessments, screenings, and community resources to help clients achieve their care goals. You will also handle administrative tasks related to planning, organizing, and executing benefits.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answer inbound calls to assist members with assessments and service plans
  • Make outbound follow-up calls
  • Help members access resources such as homecare, meals, transportation, errands, home modifications, pest control, and social services
  • Coordinate and schedule services
  • Other duties as assigned

Performance Metrics

  • Minimum of 70 outbound calls daily
  • Inbound call speed: 30 seconds or less
  • Quality assurance score of at least 80%
  • Maintain high member satisfaction and testimonials

Requirements

Skills and Abilities:

  • Passion for improving health outcomes
  • Proficiency with computers and clerical tasks
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience answering inbound calls
  • Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent time management
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Must be 18+ years old

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma preferred
  • Experience in health, social services, or related fields preferred

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work at a workstation, communicate clearly, and observe details
  • Remote work is supported, requiring a reliable internet connection and suitable environment
