Job summary

ProMedica is seeking a Call Center Representative to be the first impression for patients at our Junction Building HQ. The role involves handling inquiries with professionalism and empathy, guiding referrals, and coordinating communication among physicians, hospitals, and health care professionals.

You will serve as a liaison to ensure timely, quality care for patients and support smooth information flow between patients and referring providers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience using Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office programs is required.

Job Summary:

REQUIREMENTS

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

• Epic training and knowledge of medical terminology
• 1 year of clerical experience in a physician’s office or related healthcare setting
• 1 year of telephone sales or telephone-based customer service
