The University of Kansas Health System in Liberty, MO is seeking a part-time Call Center Representative for our Switchboard. You will deliver professional customer service to patients, staff and physicians 24/7/365 in a high-volume environment.
Using Genesis, Communicator, OnCall and Epic, you will triage calls, activate paging, and support code and security paging teams as needed. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential; an Associates degree is preferred.
