Job summary

Pro Talent HR is hiring a Call Center Patient Representative to work from home in a fast-paced inbound support role. You will be the first contact for customers, delivering responsive assistance and high-quality service from a home office.

Hours are Monday to Friday with a 4-day 9am-7pm shift and one 11:30am-8pm shift. Competitive pay of $15-$16 per hour plus monthly bonuses and a potential quarterly bonus, with paid training and equipment requirements noted.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Typing 25+ words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their questions and concerns.
• De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, while offering patient assistance and support.
• Maintain and update all customer communications
• Determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer a customers questions.
• Bilingual - a plus
