ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative in Altamonte Springs, FL to handle inbound/outbound calls, schedule service appointments, and support customers with a sense of urgency.

You will work in-office (not remote), with rotating weekends and shift times. Starting pay is $18/hr, increasing to $19/hr after 90 days, plus benefits such as training, healthcare options, and a 401(k) plan. Opportunity for growth within the company.

Our call center, located in Altamonte Springs,is responsible for fielding inbound service calls from current and potential customers across the country. For this full-time position, we are looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives to assist customers, gather service information and schedule appointments.

Starting Pay: $18/hr, increasing to $19/hr. after 90 days of employment.

Full-time, year-round work

Schedule:

• Must be available to work rotating weekends
• Shift start times may vary between 11am and 1pm
• Shift end times may vary between 8pm and 10pm
• Specific shift times may vary based on business need
