Qualifications

• Must hold an active California real estate license.
• Experience in real estate is a prerequisite.
• Proficiency in using CRM and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prospect leads to convert them into new clients and schedule appointments.
• Manage MLS and marketing listings, including paperwork and social media.
• Negotiate contracts with Buyers’ Agents until closing.
• Conduct listing presentations for potential sellers.
• Build and maintain client relationships while providing excellent service.
