The PTA will work Tuesday through Saturday in a dynamic post-acute, retirement, and outpatient care environment, delivering high-quality therapy and patient-centered care. Responsibilities include assisting with evaluations, implementing individualized treatment plans, documenting progress, and collaborating with physicians and families to optimize recovery and long-term wellness.

Qualifications

• Active California Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility.
• Ability to document patient progress and treatment plans.
• Strong communication with physicians, families and interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional PTA care to patients across post-acute, retirement, and outpatient settings.
• Assist in evaluating and implementing personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, families and interdisciplinary teams to optimize recovery.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Support patients in achieving rehabilitation goals and long-term wellness.
