Job summary

Interface Rehab, Inc., a trusted leader in rehabilitation services since 1995, is seeking licensed Physical Therapists (PT) to join our team in California. We offer flexible per-diem shifts or full-time schedules, with up to 40 hours per week across post-acute care, retirement communities, and outpatient clinics.

You will provide high-quality PT care, evaluate and implement personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support recovery.

Qualifications

• Active California PT license or eligibility.
• DPT degree or equivalent required.
• Ability to work across settings and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT care across post-acute care, retirement communities, and outpatient clinics.
• Evaluate and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and families to optimize recovery.
• Document progress and maintain medical records.
• Support patients in achieving rehabilitation goals.
