Job summary

Indigo Beam Consulting is seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Consultant to provide full-time support for an EBS 12.1.3 environment. The role emphasizes functional or techno-functional expertise and App Sys Account permissions to operate without full DBA Sys access.

Based in California, the candidate must commute daily to client offices in Long Beach, Santa Clarita, or Bakersfield, with a preference for Bakersfield-based onsite work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) in a functional/techno-functional role.
• Strong expertise in Financials modules EB Tax, iSupplier, Treasury, and Fixed Assets.
• Solid understanding of Oracle Apps DBA concepts and App Sys Account responsibilities.
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application/process issues.
• Experience collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Based in California with daily onsite work at Long Beach, Santa Clarita, or Bakersfield (Bakersfield preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on functional and/or technical support for Oracle EBS 12.1.3 modules (EB Tax, iSupplier, Treasury, Fixed Assets).
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions across modules.
• Collaborate with business users and IT teams to configure, test, and deploy fixes or enhancements.
• Support period-close activities, reconciliations, and reporting processes as needed.
• Apply Oracle Apps DBA knowledge to support application-layer administration tasks within App Sys Account permissions.
• Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams to ensure continuity and readiness.
