Sweetwater Care in Myrtle Beach, SC seeks an experienced LVN nursing manager to lead clinical operations within your scope of practice and policies. This role emphasizes timely medication and treatment administration, patient and family education, and collaboration with physicians during rounds.

The ideal candidate holds a current LVN license (California for CA contracts or compact license where allowed) and has 1 year of management experience in long-term care, with PCC charting experience

Qualificações

• Current LVN license (California if contract is in CA); compact license accepted in compact states.
• Minimum 1 year nursing management experience (preferred).
• Long-term care experience required; PCC charting experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Notify departments of patient changes (room changes, LOA, new admits, discharge).
• Conduct family and patient education.
• Administer medications timely and according to facility policy.
• Administer treatments timely and according to facility policy.
• Receive, transcribe, and execute physician orders as allowed by Nurse Practice Act.
• Make rounds with physicians when necessary.
