Job summary

Meridian Counseling in San Jose, California, is looking for licensed clinicians (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PsyD) to join their team. The role offers flexibility to customize your work hours and caseload, providing an autonomous practice within a supportive community.

Compensation ranges from $65 to $120 per hour based on your licensure, and all admin time is compensated. Monthly team events and consultations foster a vibrant team culture. Ideal candidates will have a master’s degree and relevant licenses.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or similar.
• Must be licensed as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, Clinical Psychologist, or similar.
• Must be able to obtain credentialing to work with insurance panels.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to clients with support in a community.
• Supervise unlicensed therapists if licensed.
• Handle client billing, credentialing, and marketing.
