Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking a physician to cover a flexible assignment in California. The schedule offers either 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off or 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off, with a mix of day shifts and on-call duties.

Week 1 features Mon-Fri day shifts from 7 am to 3 pm, while Week 2 includes 24-hour pager coverage. The role spans general, light trauma, OB, ortho, GI, cataracts, robotics, and urology; pediatric cases may be considered case-by-case, with hospital privileges required and prepaid

• Hospital privileges required.

Responsibilities

• Cover general anesthesia, OB and regional blocks.
• Provide 24-hour on-call coverage during Week 2.
• Work a rotating schedule (2 weeks on/2 weeks off or 4 weeks on/4 weeks off).
• Handle cases across general, light trauma, OB/GYN, ortho, GI, cataracts, robotics and urology.
