Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking licensed Clinical Psychologists in California to join our national behavioral health network. This role offers a balanced mix of testing and therapy within a W2 employment model and comprehensive benefits.

Compensation ranges from $108,000 to $145,000 annually, with a sign-on bonus, 401K with 4% match, and both part-time and full-time options. Experience with children, adolescents, or adults is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Local to and fully licensed in California.
• PhD or PsyD in Clinical/Counseling Psychology or Neuropsychology.
• Experienced working with child, adolescent, and/or adult populations.
• Trained in Autism (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological testing and provide therapy as part of a mixed role.
• Collaborate with families and schools as needed for assessment and intervention.
• Maintain clinical documentation and comply with regulatory standards.
