Job summary

Cascade Engineering Services is seeking an Electrical Calibration Technician to support precision measurement and test equipment calibration in a lab setting. The role involves calibration, verification, adjustment, and preventive maintenance of measurement equipment and maintaining calibration standards.

The ideal candidate will have an AA degree or PMEL training, strong math and data-recording skills, and proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, and Excel. Eligibility requires U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

• Minimum AA degree, formal PMEL training, or equivalent.
• Must be able to perform general mathematical, statistical and algebraical functions.
• Must possess very good written and oral communication skills.
• Computer skills such as use of MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate electrical test and measurement equipment.
• Perform calibration, verification, adjustment, and preventive maintenance of measurement equipment.
• Maintain calibration standards.
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of precision equipment.
• Collect, record, and summarize data during calibration.
• Assist with laboratory responsibilities such as procedure verification and uncertainty evaluation.
