Qualifications

• 2-5+ years' experience in mechanical measuring, inspection, and testing equipment calibration preferred.
• High School graduate or equivalent; Associate degree or related training preferred; or 2+ years related experience.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Willingness to travel to local and regional customer sites; 20% overnight travel.
• Must pass background check, drug screen, and maintain a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Work with lab technicians to provide calibration services in lab or on-site at customer locations.
• Identify and apply appropriate measurement techniques and maintain calibration standards.
• Travel to local and regional customer sites to calibrate inspection and testing equipment.
• Operate and calibrate equipment such as hardness testers, torque devices, gauges, micrometers, and calipers.
