We are seeking Field Calibration Technicians of all levels to join OCS Technologies Inc., an Accredited Labs company!

Are you eager to blend your customer service experience with your technical and mechanical skills? We're seeking motivated individuals who exhibit a strong work ethic and a passion for learning. We are looking for both experienced and entry level technicians to join our team where your precision, interpersonal skills, and mechanical aptitude will pave the way for success!

Although experience in our industry is not required, it is preferred, and training will be provided upon hire. Making this position suitable for both entry-level candidates and those with experience.

Location: Northeast Ohio, Central Ohio, and Western Pennsylvania

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Complete accurate and timely calibrations at customer sites
  • Perform routine and complex calibration on various equipment per company processes and instructional documentation
  • Perform calibration on a variety of devices and instruments in accordance with established procedures, standards, and protocols
  • Working directly with clients with good communication to provide client updates on services needed
  • Ensure all calibration activities comply with industry regulations and quality standards
  • Maintain calibration activity records and documentation, ensuring all data is accurate and to date
  • Interact professionally with customers, providing excellent service and support
  • Communicate with customers throughout the process and provide status updates

Basic Qualifications:

  • Able to lift 50lbs
  • Able to climb, kneel, drive, and stand for long periods of time
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organizational and prioritization skills
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of principles, procedures, methods, and techniques in metrology gained through education or professional experience
  • Knowledge and experience with Electrical, Physical, and/or Mechanical Calibration of equipment
  • Associate's Degree in Engineering, Electronics, or other Technical Fields
  • Technical Degree or Certificate
  • Military PMEL Training
  • Experience with IndySoft
  • Expertise in optical and vision calibration
  • Expertise in force measurement calibration
