Job summary

PTI Technologies Inc. is seeking an entry-level Calibration Technician to support accurate measurement by calibrating and maintaining inspection and test equipment to established standards.

This role offers hands-on growth in a regulated environment and the chance to build essential calibration skills. You will perform tests and calibrations on electrical, mechanical, and electronic instruments, set up lab equipment, record results with traceability logs, and ensure calibration activities align

Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED with 1–3 years related experience.
  • Computer literate and able to learn test fluids.
  • Ability to follow QAM/QAP/QEI-021 and applicable MIL-STD/FED-STD/ASTM requirements.

What You'll Do

As a Calibration Technician (entry Level), You Support Accurate Measurement And Test Results By Calibrating And Maintaining Inspection And Test Equipment To Established Standards. You Will

Your Typical Shift

You start by reviewing the day's calibration workload and verifying the correct standards and documentation are on hand. In the lab, you move between benches and test stations, keeping tools organized and records current as equipment comes in from production or vendors. You'll document results, update traceability and inventory logs, and coordinate with users when an item is due back, recalled, or flagged for nonconformance. Throughout the day you follow established procedures, work safely around mechanical and electrical equipment, and keep the area ready for the next instrument in queue.
