HYTORC is seeking a Calibration Technician to ensure precision calibration and maintenance of torque and pressure instruments. You will follow procedures, document results, and support R&D on new calibration techniques as needed.
The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, open to travel, and a standard 8–12 hour day shift. Strong attention to detail and good communication are essential.
The Calibration Technician is responsible for ensuring that instruments and equipment are accurately calibrated and maintained to the highest standards.
The Technician will use specific testing and measuring devices to ensure that items are calibrated correctly and are in compliance with industry standards. The Technician will also be responsible for performing routine preventative maintenance and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. Other duties include conducting research and development on new calibration techniques if required. The ideal candidate will have similar experience and excellent technical skills.
