Job summary

Responsibilities

• Calibrate and repair various test and measurement equipment with limited supervision.
• Calibrate AC/DC low voltage devices such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, power meters, voltage calibrators.
• Calibrate RF devices including spectrum analyzers, frequency generators, and counters.
• Calibrate temperature and humidity devices like data loggers and environmental chambers.
• Provide training to entry-level calibration technicians.

Express Calibration Services specializes in the calibration of precision measurement and test equipment of various types. We are currently seeking a professional Calibration Technician to be based at our Kansas City, Lee's Summit, MO facility.

Job Summary

The Calibration Technician will calibrate and repair a variety of test and measurement equipment with limited supervision. The Calibration Technician will work with other technicians on the team or work on projects by themselves. Candidates should be self-starters, willing to learn, have attention to detail, and possess good interpersonal skills. Good verbal and written communication skills and computer skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Calibration of electronic and mechanical measuring and test equipment such as:
• AC/DC Low Voltage (multimeters, oscilloscopes, power meters, voltage calibrators etc.)
• RF Frequency Measuring and Generating Devices (spectrum analyzers, frequency generators, and counters)
• Temperature & Humidity devices (data loggers, environmental chambers, ovens)
• Generating T&M equipment (Meggers, insulation testers, hipot testers, mill-ohmmeters)
• Mechanical T&M equipment: (torque wrenches, calipers, micrometers, scales, pressure gages and crimpers)
• Provide training to entry level calibration technicians.
