Job summary

Jeco Energies is seeking a Calculator/Sales Engineer to build smart energy projects. You will translate technical plans into feasible proposals, ensuring projects are technically sound and financially robust.

Your role includes preparing cost calculations, developing competitive proposals, and managing the quotation process. A bachelor’s degree in a technical field and proficiency in Dutch and English are required, along with strong collaboration skills.

The position offers a permanent contract, salary with fringe benefits, and 32 days of leave.

Qualifications

• A solution‑oriented mindset with a strong affinity for both technology and numbers.
• Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations.
• Driving licence (category B).
• VCA certificate (or willingness to obtain it).

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost calculations based on plans, specifications and technical documentation.
• Develop technically sound and commercially competitive proposals.
• Identify optimisations and cost‑efficient solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement and project management to deliver feasible proposals.
• Support the commercial process with technical expertise.
• Manage the quotation process from A to Z.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and professional follow‑up.

Skills
