Dierbergs Markets, Inc. in Bridgeton, Missouri, is seeking a Full-Time Production Associate for our Central Kitchen. You will contribute to high-quality prepared foods, handle multiple tasks, and work across areas of the kitchen in controlled temperatures.

You will follow recipes and food safety standards, ice cakes and cupcakes, sort and packaging items, and operate wrappers, scales, slicers and ovens as training proceeds. Shifts typically end by 10pm with overtime during peak times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to learn all aspects of production.
• Commitment to following food safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all areas of the Central Kitchen in varying temperatures.
• Ice cakes, cookies and cupcakes as directed.
• Sort and package finished products for distribution.
• Operate food service equipment (wrappers, labelers, scales, slicers, ovens, mixers) with training.
• Read production papers and measure ingredients accurately.
• Be ready to train and take on production tasks as needed.
