Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Assist Pastry team with preparing desserts and pastries.
• Take cake orders and maintain a fresh, stocked display case.
• Decorate cakes and pastries for customers.
• Use artistic skills to decorate pastries and coordinate icing colors.
• Communicate effectively with management and bakery team.
• Keep inventory and ensure product quality and safety.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and pricing accuracy in the department.
• Operate bakery equipment (heat sources, mixers, blenders).
• Take orders in person and by phone.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
