Job summary

Baskin-Robbins is hiring part- and full-time cake decorators to join our cake-artist team. Hours are flexible and can be independent. You will handle cake orders, decorate per Baskin Robbins standards, manage inventory, and keep the decorating station sanitary and stocked.

No prior experience required but preferred; applicant should be detail-oriented, organized, and have strong guest service skills. Opportunity to grow with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in cake decorating preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Excellent guest service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process online, phone, and in-person cake orders.
• Manage cake and icing inventory.
• Decorate cakes according to Baskin Robbins standards and maintain decorating station.
• Maintain a clean, stocked and sanitary work area.
• Stock and maintain product displays; assist in other restaurant areas as needed.
