Job summary

Food Lion in Chadbourn, NC seeks a team member to provide quality customer service within the Deli Bakery Department, maintain standards per the standard practice manual, and help maximize sales while minimizing shrink through proper procedures.

You will interact with customers in a fast, friendly, and accurate manner, assist with ingredient prep, labeling, sanitation, and display of merchandise, and follow Food Lion safety and workplace guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
