Qualifications

• Clear communication when taking orders and gathering details.
• Experience with icing, piping and finishing techniques for cakes.
• Familiarity with preparing icing, whipped toppings and decorative elements.
• Consistency in design execution, labeling and presentation per order specs.
• Ability to manage multiple orders while meeting timelines.
• Understanding of how to maintain visually consistent display cases.
• Ability to read and interpret order forms and production instructions.
• Comfort working with changing priorities and varying order volume.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and product handling requirements.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 45 lbs occasionally.
