Maintain a clean, organized workstation, ensure display cases are stocked and visually appealing, and process orders with accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Previous cake decorating experience required
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Create decorated cakes and desserts per recipes and decoration standards
• Prepare icings, apply designs and complete custom orders
• Process orders, review details and complete decorations to match specifications
• Maintain clean, organized work area and ensure display cases are stocked and visually consistent
• Handle multiple orders in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and accuracy
• Read and interpret order forms, tags and production instructions
• Adapt to changing priorities and varying order volume
• Ensure food safety practices and proper product handling
• Stand for extended periods and lift/move product up to 45 lbs occasionally
