Job summary

Meijer is seeking a cake decorator for our bakery team. You will prepare and decorate cakes for multiple occasions, fill and condition the cake case, and support daily kitchen readiness.

This role requires weekend availability, with shifts from 5 AM to 2:30 PM across Sunday–Saturday; full-time and part-time opportunities are available, and Meijer rewards include weekly pay and educational support.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Work in an efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Managing cake out-dates daily.
• Receiving and processing cake orders.
• Managing cake and icing inventory.
• Managing cake decorating station to include preparing icing's and following all sanitation procedures.
• Maintaining a positive, friendly working relationship with customers, team members and leadership.
• Stocking and maintenance of product and product displays according to quality and merchandising standards.
