Qualifications

• Must have good communication when taking orders and coordinating with colleagues.
• Experience with icing, piping, and cake finishing techniques.
• Knowledge of preparing icing, toppings, and decorative elements using standard methods.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure design accuracy and labeling.
• Good organization to manage multiple orders and maintain workflow.
• Understanding of display cases and maintaining visually appealing product displays.
• Ability to read order forms and production instructions accurately.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and varying order volumes.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and safe food handling.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 45 lbs occasionally.
