Qualifications

• 6 months' experience in fresh production area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member – collaborates with cross functional teams and helps educate others on tools, tasks and resources; communicates and develops interpersonal skills for providing customer service; maintains in-stock levels and controls shrinkage.
• Be an Expert – plans bakery productions, ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs; follows recipes and uses decorating bags, tips, nozzles to create flowers and lettering; ensures food safety standards and inventory management.
• Be a Techie – uses digital tools to drive sales; uses handheld devices to inform decisions about production, merchandising, ordering, and quality.
• Be an Owner – drives bakery performance with focus on quality and date control; prepares for seasonal events; assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador – represents the brand, delivers high-quality service, mentors others, and fosters a respectful, team-oriented environment.
