The Walmart Supercenter in Shreveport, LA is hiring Deli/Bakery associates. This part-time position has Opening and Morning shifts and pays an hourly wage that meets or exceeds local minimums.

Primary duties include preparing quality deli/bakery products, serving customers at the counter, moving stock to the sales floor, and upholding strict food-safety standards. Benefits include medical, vision, dental, a 401(k), stock purchase plan and paid time off.

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
