QUALIFICATIONS for Cake Decorator (partial list):

• Proven experience within the cake/dessert decorating business. Pictures of work required.
• Demonstrate the ability to use many different mediums including Butter Cream and Pastry Pride.
• Familiar with dozens of different decorating tips and have an eye for artistic detail.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Use of effective communication skills to be able to work with guests and take their cake orders.
• Able to work in a fast-paced operation with the ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Food handler's card required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (partial list):

• Deliver outstanding hospitality and customer service.
• Take cake orders and make cakes for guests' special orders and cakes made ahead and ready for pickup.
• Ensure consistent standards are met while creating a beautiful edible piece of art.
• Use creative skills to grow and build a successful cake business catering to the needs of the guests.
• Drive sales and profitability through uncompromising execution, quality, and service.
