Job Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient and courteous customer service at all times in support of the company mission to "Run the Best Store in Town!"
• Maintain a positive attitude; create an atmosphere of friendliness and fun through flexibility and teamwork.
• Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient customer service by greeting and engaging with customers, fostering a customer-first environment.
• Prepare and produce quality food & products to meet or exceed customer and company expectations.
• Decorate specialty cakes, including using the photo cake computer.
• Take telephone orders for food and specialty cakes.
• Maintain display case, workstation, and surrounding area cleanliness and organization.
• Assist in proper rotation and dating of Food Service products.
• Manage product inventory and place orders as needed.
• Ensure all special cake orders are ready for delivery on time.
• Be cross-trained in multiple areas with varying responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Food Service experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to meet physical, mental, and visual demands.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, perform routine tasks, and interact with individuals at all levels.
• Reliable attendance during scheduled shifts in accordance with company policies.
