Job description

Position Summary...

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do...

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborates with cross-functional teams, educates other associates on tools, tasks, and resources, develops interpersonal skills for customer service, maintains stock levels, and controls shrinkage.
2. Be an Expert: Plans bakery production ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs, follows recipes, works with decorating tools, ensures food safety standards, and maintains equipment.
3. Be a Techie: Uses digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and enhance associate engagement, utilizing handheld technology for business decisions.
4. Be an Owner: Manages bakery performance, ensures quality and date control, prepares for seasonal events, assists members, and resolves issues.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Acts as a brand advocate, models high-quality service, mentors others, and fosters a respectful, supportive team environment.

Additional responsibilities include complying with company policies, completing work priorities, respecting individual differences, acting with integrity, serving customers, striving for excellence, and promoting a positive workplace culture.

Minimum Qualifications...
